This is the second time i ordered from Ultimamac! It soo happened that lockdown was imposed citing second wave! But the customer support was impressive! They sent me the Spares for my Black and Decker PW1700SPX pressure washer even though there was a pandemic! Unfortunately it was damaged enroute! But they were soo kind that they sent in a replacement rightaway and told me to send the broken one when possible! The spares were original and are 💯% OEM! Quality of service is top notch! I recommend this shop for any service or spare parts!

Was a very pleasant experience dealing with Ultimamac. Due to constraints I was unable to visit their shop but they helped me out via whatsapp and assisted me in a very professional manner. They checked with the company if the parts I was ordering would fit my machine and then placed the order. I will definitely order from them again. All genuine parts/spares were received by me.

There are Online E-Commerce sites and then there are E-commerce portals like Ultimamac. I was pleasantly surprised how the service team in Ultimamac treated me, with being polite, kind and very professional to the core. I wasn't expecting this at all because I do not buy from any other portals other than amaz** for all my needs because of my past experiences with many portals. These guys are truly a marvelous bunch of people who knows exactly what they are talking about and are only about helping the customers. Kudos to everyone! My only personal advise to you is... please do not under any circumstances let go of this "customer-centric" focus through your service however big you grow and you are going to grow big from what I can see....
