Once your order is shipped, youâ€™ll receive courier company name and tracking number on your registered SMS and e-mail id else you can simply go to your order and track your package.
It takes min 2 working days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 5 working days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:
- Availability of material from the company.
- If the area where you live is very interior in the region.
- Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquake etc.
- Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.
Before delivery our Logistic Partner will call and confirm you. Weâ€™ll make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you canâ€™t collect your order the first time.
I am sure thatâ€™s not possible. As per our company policy, a package canâ€™t be opened before payment is made to the delivery guy. But yes you can surely check it later & get in touch with us if thereâ€™s any issue.

Usually the warranty is provided by the company, (refer to the warranty card and manual provided along with the product) but if in any case youâ€™re not happy mail us your grievance and weâ€™ll look into it.

Cancellations and Returns
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
Order can be returned only if the package is tempered or damaged or defective in transit. Replacement will be done only after verifying the package. Mail us the details of package with photographs on email@example.com
If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition, and once it is approved from Ultimamac for replacement , you can return it to get a brand new replacement at no extra cost!
The replacement order is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up and received back to our Vendor. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

You can choose to pay for an order with any of the below methods:
- Cash on Delivery
- Net Banking
- Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express Credit or Debit cards
- Wallets ( Phonepe, Paytm, Airtel, Ola Money, Freecharge, Oxigen, Jio Money, Mobikwik)
We currently do not store any card information and all transactions happen through authorized and secure payment gateways.
At Ultimamac, we use the highest possible security (256-bit encryption) to protect your card details. All credit card and debit card payments with us are also processed through secure and trusted payment gateways which are managed by leading banks. Also, banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions and they provide an extra layer of security through identity verification.
COD is not available in all Pin Codes. Please enter your Pin Code on the product page to see if your Pin Code is covered. COD orders are also not available for high value orders currently. We might also inform you when an order is not serviceable by COD and ask to convert it to a prepaid order.
Fraud detection and prevention are very important for us as we want to make sure that all transactions with us are genuine and authorized. We take many steps to keep our customersâ€™ details completely secure.
Online payments are monitored continuously for suspicious activity and some transactions are verified manually if we feel that itâ€™s not authorized by the owner of the card.
When weâ€™re not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share ID proof. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine.
You can buy by paying part of the amount from your Paytm, PayU or MobiKwik Wallet and paying the rest using any other prepaid method of payment such as Credit/Debit Card or NetBanking.
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery cannot be combined with a Wallet payment.
Ultimamac EMI scheme is available for American Express, Citi & HDFC credit card holders only. You may choose to pay in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month instalments. The minimum order value to avail the EMI payment option is Rs 3,000.
There is NO processing fee charged for availing Ultimamac EMI payment option. On return or exchange, interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded by Ultimamac.
You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.
The Bank charges annual interest rates are calculated according to the reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the balance outstanding.
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' or â€˜Temporarily Unavailableâ€™ are not available for sale. But you can send us the enquiry and we can try to get it for you.

Ultimamac.com charges a minimal fee for orders placed by using COD payment mode. COD charges will be added to your total order amount.
The 3D secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "MastercardSecureCode" services, respectively.
The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
All products bought on Ultimamac come with manufacturer warranty. You can check with the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer's website for information about a service centre close to you.
