Order

How can I track my Order?

You can simply track, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive shipping details on your WhatsApp and e-mail id else you can simply go to the “Track now” option available. Click Here to Track Now.

What is the Delivery time for my Order?

It takes min 2 working days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 5 working days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:

Availability of material from the company.
If the area where you live is very interior in the region.
Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquake etc.
Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.

The same will be updated you via WhatsApp, SMS or Email.

I missed the delivery of my order today so what can I do now?

Before delivery our Logistic Partner will call and confirm you. We’ll make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time.

Can I accept the package after checking the material inside it?

I am sure that’s not possible. As per our company policy, a package can’t be opened before payment is made to the delivery guy. But yes you can surely check it later & get in touch with us if there’s any issue.

Can I change the delivery date of my order?

No, that’s not possible.

I found the package open and the product seal broken. What should I do?

Oh !! we are so sorry, Please click the photos of the damaged product and mail us immediately on customercare@ultimamac.com. Our grievance team will take immediate action.

What should I do if a service centre denied my request to repair the product ?

Usually the warranty is provided by the company, (refer to the warranty card and manual provided along with the product) but if in any case you’re not happy mail us your grievance and we’ll look into it.

How can I complain regarding logistic?

Mail us your grievance on customercare@ultimamac.com & we’ll take care of it.

Does Ultimamac sells the products?

Not at All..!! All the products on this website are sold by the Authorized vendors registered with Ultimamac. Ultimamac is a marketplace for Genuine Buyers and Vendors.

Why have I not received my Orders yet?

Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

No, You can place a new order.

Why did I receive a partial order?

Don’t Worry, track your balance material on our website. Orders with different Vendors are shipped and delivered to you separately.

Returns

Which spare parts are accepted for returns?

Items are returnable if you've received them in below mentioned condition -

Physically damaged
Has missing parts or accessories
Defective
Different from its description on the product detail page on ULTIMAmac^®.

What are the conditions for returning the spare part?

Spare Parts should be unused.
If you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

What are the steps when I receive a damaged product?

Just mail us on customercare@ultimamac.com, the images of damaged or defective parts with description and reason to return the spare part.
After Inspection of your request for return, we will arrange for the free pickup. ULTIMAmac ^® will share Shipping label for shipping the return which you have to stick on the parcel. Manifest will be provided which has to be handover to the pickup person.

- If the pickup is not available for that particular region, we will ask you to courier us

- For Self ship returns, we will refund the courier charges mentioned in courier receipt or upto Rs.100, whichever is lower, to the bank details in 5-6 working days.

What after my spare part has been returned?

After we receive the spare part, our team will verify the claim and if the spare is found damage/defective, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the spare part. If the spare part is not available, then a refund will be issued. For more information, please refer our refund Policy.

Refund

When can a customer get refund?

Replacement of the spare part is not possible. Spare part has been discontinued and will no longer be available

Refunds are not applicable if the verification of returned spare part is rejected by ULTIMAmac^® Team.

How will I get refund if I have paid for order through Net Banking / UPI/ Debit or Credit Card?

For Prepaid orders, customers will be refunded back to same payment method or bank. If a customer requires Instant refund, you can mail us on customercare@ULTIMAmac.com. For instant refund, 2% banking charges will be deducted from the total refund amount

How will I get refund for Cash on Delivery order?

For Cash On Delivery orders, customers will be refunded back through RTGS to the bank details provided by customer during return of order.

In how many days will I get my refund?

Refunds will be credited in 7-8 working days after verification of the returned spare part
For returns, refer our Return Policy

I have not received my Refund after 7-8 working days?

In the rare event, if the refund amount is not credited in 7-8 working days as promised don’t worry!!! You can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.

Payment

My payment process was interrupted, what should I do?

Don’t worry …!!! You will receive an Email from our Payment partner regarding the payment or Contact us if any doubts.

How can I pay for an order?

You can choose to pay for an order with any of the below methods:

Cash on Delivery
Net Banking
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express Credit or Debit cards
NEFT/RTGS
Cheque/DD
Wallets ( Phonepe, Paytm, Airtel, Ola Money, Freecharge, Oxigen, Jio Money, Mobikwik)

Does Ultimamac stores any of customers Debit card and information?

We currently do not store any card information and all transactions happen through authorized and secure payment gateways.

How much safe is my transaction on Ultimamac?

At Ultimamac, we use the highest possible security (256-bit encryption) to protect your card details. All credit card and debit card payments with us are also processed through secure and trusted payment gateways which are managed by leading banks. Also, banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions and they provide an extra layer of security through identity verification.

Can I buy all products on COD basis?

COD is not available in all Pin Codes. Please enter your Pin Code on the product page to see if your Pin Code is covered. COD orders are also not available for high value orders currently. We might also inform you when an order is not serviceable by COD and ask to convert it to a prepaid order.

What does Ultimamac does to prevent Frauds?

Fraud detection and prevention are very important for us as we want to make sure that all transactions with us are genuine and authorized. We take many steps to keep our customers’ details completely secure.

Online payments are monitored continuously for suspicious activity and some transactions are verified manually if we feel that it’s not authorized by the owner of the card.

When we’re not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share ID proof. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine.

Can I Order by paying part amount from Wallet ?

You can buy by paying part of the amount from your Paytm, PayU or MobiKwik Wallet and paying the rest using any other prepaid method of payment such as Credit/Debit Card or NetBanking.

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery cannot be combined with a Wallet payment.

What is Ultimamac EMI Option?

Ultimamac EMI scheme is available for American Express, Citi & HDFC credit card holders only. You may choose to pay in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month instalments. The minimum order value to avail the EMI payment option is Rs 3,000.

There is NO processing fee charged for availing Ultimamac EMI payment option. On return or exchange, interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded by Ultimamac.

You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.

The Bank charges annual interest rates are calculated according to the reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the balance outstanding.

Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale. But you can send us the enquiry and we can try to get it for you.

Does Ultimamac delivers internationally?

Yes. Customer can send inquiry on customercare@ultimamac.com and we will contact them soon.

What are the COD Charges?

Ultimamac.com charges a minimal fee for orders placed by using COD payment mode. COD charges will be added to your total order amount.

What is a 3D secure password?

The 3D secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "MastercardSecureCode" services, respectively.

The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

Warranty

Is warranty available to the products I buy from Ultimamac.com?

All products bought on Ultimamac come with manufacturer warranty. You can check with the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer's website for information about a service centre close to you.

In order to ensure compatibility between the OEM parts Company Sells and your specific model, we'll need to know your model number, and in some cases, the part number as well.

Prices

All prices are listed in Rupees. "Price", as displayed, is inclusive of all taxes at the appropriate rate. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.

Price Discount: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. As per existing discounts we offer flat 20% Discount on all the products. The prices are inclusive of all taxes.

Shopping Cart

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. The discount and offers cannot be reserved if it is in shopping cart. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

Note: We strive to provide customers with great prices, and sometimes that means we limit quantity to ensure that the majority of customers have an opportunity to order products that have very low prices or a limited supply.
