I am really glad that Ultima managed to deliver atleast one part of my order, which is required urgently. Also the proactive approach from your customer relationship team was excellent especially Ms. Yagya who took the efforts to communicate with me about the manufacturer side delay occured in processing the order and hence the delivery delay. However she took extra efforts to get one part delivered on priority today. Appreciate much the excellent customer service from Ultima.

I ordered spare parts for my Black and Decker GL350L Strimmer. The quoted price was very competitive compared to other sites. As soon as I had placed order Ultimamac called to check that the model number I had put is correct. Within a couple of days the correct parts arrived and packed safely to ensure no damage during transit. Perfect service and delivery. Class leading. Seven stars!

The product fits fine but it is too fragile. It breaks easily. Material should be sturdier than what it is now. The price for such a small part is also high. At least make it durable.
