What Personal Information About Customers Does ultimamac.com Gather?

When using sections with titles, it is good style to have two or more sections.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Want to return Spare Parts? We are here to help you to return your damaged spare part easily

Customer can easily return the ordered spare parts if-

The product is damaged
If there is any manufacturing defect of spare part
Has missing parts, accessories or package is empty
Different from its description on the spare detail page on ULTIMAmac^®
Wrong item is sent

Guidelines for Return
If the return is not received as per the guidelines, then we won’t be able to refund or replace.

Spare Parts should be unused.
In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you
After confirmation of return from ULTIMAmac^®, return of the material should be delivered in 7 working days

Steps to Return the Spare Part

Just mail us on customercare@ultimamac.com, the images of damaged or defective parts with description and reason to return the spare part.
After Inspection of your request for return, customer will received confirmation mail or call. ULTIMAmac^® will not provide any return pickup service.

After we receive the spare part, our team will verify the claim and if the spare is found damage/defective by our team, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the spare part. If the spare part is not available, then a refund will be issued. For more information, please refer our Refund Policy

Refunds Policy

Refunds are not applicable if the verification of returned spare part is rejected by ULTIMAmac^® Team.

Refunds are given when

Replacement of the spare part is not possible.
Spare part has been discontinued and will no longer be available

Modes of Refunds

For Prepaid orders, customers will be refunded back to same payment method or bank. If a customer requires Instant refund, you can mail us on customercare@ultimamac.com For instant refund, 2% banking charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds will be credited in 7-8 working days after verification of the returned spare part.For returns, refer our Return Policy

In the rare event, if the refund amount is not credited in 7-8 working days, don’t worry!!! You can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.
